If you were dreaming up the ideal town to be a student in, you might come up with Münster. Compact, friendly, full of students, with an impressive academic reputation and lovely surroundings, it has everything a student could wish for.
Münster has 55,000 students – a lot, considering the population of Münster is only 300,000. It has been voted the “most liveable city in the world” and couldn’t be easier to get around – it is known as the bicycle capital of Germany, with four bicycles per head of population!
International students are given a warm welcome and the university has international student groups, so you’ll never feel lonely.
Our Uninest Residence in Münster is brilliantly located both for the centre of town and for the university, and has recently been refurbished and had high speed internet installed.
